Frequently asked questions
Do customers pay a fee?
No. Customers pay the business's price. Businesses pay a monthly or annual plan fee, and skrhyb takes no commission from customer payments.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — each plan starts with a free trial (length shown on the plan). You can add your services and publish during the trial.
How does annual billing work?
You pay for 12 months up front at the annual price shown, which is lower than paying monthly. It renews yearly until you cancel.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time. Downgrades are allowed if your current usage (services, subscriptions, team accounts) fits the smaller plan.
What happens if a payment fails?
We notify you and retry. If a plan stays unpaid for 14 days it lapses: your data is kept, but plan features are paused until you pay.
Do you take a commission on bookings?
No. skrhyb charges no commission: your customers’ payments go to you in full, apart from the card processor’s standard fee. You pay only your plan fee and any add-ons you choose.
