skrhyb checks documents relevant to each type of service. We don't ask businesses for checks that don't apply to them.

Badges

• Verified — skrhyb has checked this business's identity and registration details and the documents required for its service categories (for example insurance or trade registrations). Verification is not a guarantee of service quality.
• Insurance — A current insurance certificate was supplied and checked by skrhyb. Check cover limits on the certificate if this matters to you.
• Qualification — A relevant qualification or registration was supplied and checked by skrhyb.
• Safeguarding — Safeguarding evidence required for this category (e.g. enhanced DBS) was supplied and checked by skrhyb.

What each category requires

Every business provides registration and identity details. In addition:

• Domestic cleaning: insurance
• Commercial cleaning: insurance
• Gardening & landscaping: insurance
• Vehicle detailing: insurance
• General home maintenance: insurance
• Beauty & personal care: insurance
• Pet grooming & pet care: insurance

Services in these categories cannot go live until the required documents are verified.

Statuses

• Pending — documents submitted and awaiting review.
• Verified — all applicable checks completed.
• Additional information required — something was missing or unclear.
• Expired — an essential document (such as insurance) has expired; affected services are hidden until a renewal is verified.
• Suspended or Rejected — the business can't trade on skrhyb.
